Title of a movie where driver offers poisoned water to passengers

I was watching the movie "Spree (2020)" when I had a deja vu: sorry for the vague description but I don't remember much: in this movie there is a BRIEF side scene where a cab driver (maybe Uber) offers bottles of water to passengers.

These bottles had been previously poisoned and then resealed with glue.

I think the reason was to put the passengers to sleep in order to escort them to another place.

According to the montage of the film, different passengers took that taxi, all of whom willingly accept the water (some of them for recovering from an hangover), shown one after the other in a row.

I know it is not very helpful but the driver is on the left, and I think the film is fairly recent (>2000). Any advice would be more than welcome, given my unspecific description, thank you very much.

The killer in The Bone Collector c.2000 posed as a cab driver; though I can't recall anything about drugged water bottles.

Could it be an episode of Sherlock?  (2010-2017)

This episode has a taxi driver that is drugging patients and helping them commit "suicide".

Sun, Oct 24, 2010
War vet Dr. John Watson returns to London in need of a place to stay. He meets Sherlock Holmes, a consulting detective, and the two soon find themselves digging into a string of serial "suicides."
