Name of police movie?

Trying to remember a film based on an America cop, potentially undercover. Think it was from the 2010s.

The main character becomes a cop and the only distinct scene j can remember are several of him being in his boss's big office.

Thought it may have been a mark wahlberg film but looked at his films and don't recognise it being one of them.
