Looking for short film collection

Question

A man makes a bet to light his lighter X times in a row.
If he makes it, he wins lots of money, but if he loses, he has to cut off his finger.
I know that it ́s a short film from like The Twilight Zone or something like that, but I just can ́t find what series it is. It ́s not from TTZ or Tales from the crypt, but something like those.
Does anyone know what I ́m talking about?

Perhaps you saw 'Man from the South' when it was one of the four episodes remade for the pilot episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents when the series was revived in 1985.  John Huston was the one who wanted the gambler (Steven Bauer) to take the bet.
