looking for a movie

I watched this movie long time ago or like just the starting (Pretty sure the movie is Chinese)

It went like - a guy receives a power or maybe born with it (can't remember) and he bleeds from his finger or something but when his blood drops on the floor it takes the shape of a metal (almost looked like the shape of sun, but like made of metal) 

I know there is not much information, but I just can't get this out of my head.
