Help me find this horror movie please?

I've seen this horror movie I think 3 years ago and I've found it somehow again and then forgot the title and never had a chance again to watch it. Basically its about a group of friends im assuming college friends that go to some sort of vacation to a beach house with their professor thats friends with them. The guy that owns a beach house that took them there, has a brother (not sure if its a twin or some cousin) that appears to the beach house, I remember that he wore glasses and he was a psychopath he did drugs with his friend that looks homeless. His brother asked him to leave them alone but he didnt. There were a lot of scenes with animated monkey or something that his friends saw in his head and hallucinations, and then both of them started stalking them and in the end killing them. Im not sure if the brother dies but i remember that he saves himself and a girl or his girlfriend. I also remember a scene where the psycho brother puts drugs in their drink or food and its night and they're around the campfire at the beach and then the professor trips out and drowns in the sea. Also, the movie begins with a guy from the group having a video call with a girl and then he sees her at the beach house and recognizes her by her tattoo at the beach the first day. Thats it. Sorry for my bad english but if anyone took time to read this thank you and i tried all movie finder sites but i didnt find the movie and ugh please help me ;-;

The first thing I thought of was FEAR ISLAND (2009) = http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1109583/reference, but not enough of the details seem to match. BTW, your English is very good.
