Can you prove this?
Deleting review scores would conflate with Product Review Manipulation, a government legislation that protects against unscrupulous online trading practices.
I don't think IMDB would be that stupid, personally.

Yeah, just look up the page, you cant read any reviews from 5stars and down, they just dont exists. They exist in votes, but zero written reviews
