Why was my request to delete my page rejected?

@Fran​ if the filmmaker deletes the credit, will my page automatically delete?  I have requested that they do so.

@Fran​ There has to be some exception. My friend made a 10 min video on her iPhone - it never dreamed it would be on IMDB. I am a therapist and having this credit pop up when people search my name is causing me actual professional harm. Please let me know if there is some kind of appeal process I can do. I have asked the filmmaker to delete my credit or replace my credit with a pseudonum. In that case would my page be eligible for removal?

@Fran​ right but if she de-credits me, then it wouldn’t be factual that I’m a credited person in this project. Does that make sense? I am clear about your policy but have been seeking some kind of help from you about this for months.  Please - any assistance you can give would be SO appreciated. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Once the title is released, we are unable to remove any factual credit, even if a new version is released with edited credits.

@Fran​ oh boy - there has to be some recourse for the rights of the actual people involved. Is there an address or contact person where i could please submit a formal request for an exception to policy?
