Solved

Why can't I can't add the ''star-wars'' plot keyword to four specific titles that are officially part of the Star Wars franchise?

For some reason when I try to add the star-wars keyword to A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and both the Clone Wars movie and the series, it gets declined. It's not really that big of a deal to me, but I find it strange that the keyword is on Return of the Jedi, both the prequel trilogy and the sequel trilogy, the other 2 movies and all the other official series, but for some reason it keeps getting declined on these four titles. And it's also apparently added to every Clone Wars episode itself. I just tried to add an explanation to say they are part of the Star Wars franchise but it got declined again, so I'm curious, why does this keyword get declined on specifically these four titles?

Hi Mitchel999 -

We are generally accepting of listing fictional universe franchises as Plot Keywords on relevant titles.  Regarding the recent declined keywords, I encourage you to resubmit them and our editors will take another look.

If you find that the re-submitted keywords are again declined, post the 18-digit submission reference numbers here and our staff will investigate further.

Cheers!

These keywords have now been approved and added to the titles.  Cheers!
