Unclear Why Nomination is Rejected

Hi there :) Sorry, I'm a bit green with this...!

The following Nomination request keeps being rejected, though I think I've filled out the form correctly, with accurate info and links to support the claim?

Help please...!

Thanks,

Sam

Sam: I tested this for myself and had the same problem, with the Win/Nomination being rejected but with no reason being stated.

I tested the submission by trying to submit fewer names for the nomination. The only name for which I had problems was Allisa Ralph. I see that you have her name in regular (non-inverted) order above, but whether I entered "Allisa Ralph" or "Ralph, Allisa", either way I got an error message if she was included, but not if she was omitted.

While this is not the cause of your problem, please move the phrase "Evidence: WGAw press release" to the Comments section, not the Supplementary Info section. The Comments section is for the IMDb staff's reference, whereas the Supplementary Info section is for information that is actually supposed to be displayed to IMDb users.

You will probably need the staff to intervene and diagnose the problem as to why including Allisa Ralph appears to block the submission from being accepted, and not her other 18 co-writers.

Hi theprinceofnaps-

Thank for reporting this issue on this Award contribution that you are trying to submit. Just like gromit82 mentioned above, I also did some investigation and how 'Allisa Ralph's' name is put on the form it keeps rejecting the submission.

Now, I did some testing and did it through the other way which was removing her name and adding her name page code (nmconst) instead which you find in the URL of her name page (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm10162049/). In this case, you can try adding nm10162049 and then click again on 'Re-check this updates.' You will see that the form automatically arranges her name again and it will turn green.

Once you have it like this then you can go ahead and correct any other information like the one gromit82 mentioned above and it's ready to be submitted for our editors to review.

Let us know if you have any further problems/issues and we will take a look again!

Cheers!
