If the credits belong to another person with a similar/same name, instead of requesting a deletion o the credits they should instead be moved to the correct/separate IMDb page. For detailed instructions on how to move credits I encourage you to review our Help Guide.
Concerning the listing for your client, "Claudia Michelle Wallace", can you confirm if all the credit listed under the other categories (non-Actress categories) belong to the other "Claudia Wallace"?
