the wrong credit listed under a show and no fix

My client has discovered that there is somebody else listed as the creator and writer of the show Saints & Sinners. It is currently listed under Ty "Swagalee" Scott which is the incorrect person to give credit to. The correct credit would be to Ty Scott who worked as a writer for CSI and she is already listed in the IMDB system. We would like this to be solved as soon as possible as I submitted a request for these changes weeks ago.
