The name pages have now been combined, and the archive footage credit for "2 Everything 2 Terrible 2: Tokyo Drift (2010)" will be listed under the correct "Telly Savalas" page shortly.

Well, the only credit is from 2010, and Savalas died in 1994.

Indeed, "Telly Salavas" is meant to be the legendary Telly Savalas.
As explained in its plot outline, 2 Everything 2 Terrible 2: Tokyo Drift is "a series of bizarre and amusing pieces of stock footage, television ads, and other things." Mr. Savalas is featured in a brief clip at the 14 minute mark.
Such clip is taken from the 1990 documentary Telly Savalas: The ABCs of Winning Blackjack (1:05 mark)
