Submission problem.

Hello everyone. I added the Western Genre to the TV show Justified. However, know matter how many times I explain the reason that I added it to the Western Genre, it keeps saying that IMDB was "unable to verify"the submission? What should I do?

Does the show really fit the definition:

Western
Should contain numerous scenes and/or a narrative where the portrayal is similar to that of frontier life in the American West during 1600s to contemporary times. Objective.

Looking at the images on the Amazon video page, the setting seems modern.

Bderoes: Being set in modern times doesn't automatically exclude a title from being a Western under the IMDb genre definition due to the reference to "1600s to contemporary times". I haven't seen the show myself so I'm not going to try to determine whether it does or doesn't qualify as a Western.

Cowboy: What explanation did you give for why the show fits into the Western genre?

"The show has the feel of a Western, with many callbacks and themes that a Western usually has; like gunfights and shootouts for instance. Timothy Olyphant plays a US Marshall, who is modeled of of a typical lawman of the old west." That was my second description of it.

I find it to be similar to Longmire, Yellostone, and Walker: Texas Ranger.

Would these work?

I don't know. I think you need an IMDb staffer to reply.

Above you mentioned it was your second description. Might you want to add your first one here too?

And I don't see your 18-digit contribution number(s); they usually want that/those:

“The main character is a Cowboy, who has the persona of an Old West Lawman. Plus, there are lots of Western elements in the show, like a Gunfight at the series finale, that is similar to an Old West shootout. The "Gun that won the West" aka the Colt Single Action Army, is used by an antagonist in the series.

Hi Cowboy General -

Thanks for the additional context, I have also not personally seen this show, but the Western genre appears to be applicable  and I have now added the Western genre to this title.  Cheers!
