I understand that. My point is, it's marked as complete, which block regular submissions from being made. In order to correct it, you can't just send in a correction because if it's verified as complete, new submissions will be approved. They ask you to, instead, send it as a "miscellaneous correction," telling them, "it's marked as complete, but there is an error" in the explanation. They will unblock it so the correction can be made, then correct it...as described on the page I linked above.

Then, I asked if you're sure of the order and what do you have to give as proof. Submissions without any evidence frequently go unapproved. So you'd, if you can, supply a screen cap of those names in the ending credits, by creating a pic, then uploading it to tinypic.com or another pic hosting site, then supply a link to the pic along with the submission, on the form I linked above or http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver....

I could simply do it but I don't have a copy of the film to check the correct order numbers for the two names or from which I can obtain a pic of the credits to offer as evidence to support my assertion. That's why I asked if you're sure of the numbering and what you could add as proof.

They can't. Use your common sense and read what I wrote (twice). I can see there is an error. I've told you, twice how to fix it. You need to report it correctly, as I've described. Once a film is marked as complete, new submissions will not be accepted. So, you need to send a "miscellaneous" correction and explain it's "marked as complete" according to the instructions I've linked you to several times above. All submissions should also have proof submitted. So, to assure it's accepted, you should provide proof of which actor is 24th in the credits and which is 25th...like a screen cap of the credits would show.

I can plainly see there are two 24's and have sense to know it's not possible. That is why I am telling you, over and over, what needs to be done to fix it.

Normally, you could just submit a request to correct it. That will not work since it is marked as verified to be complete. So, you need to first let them know that a complete credit list needs to be unlocked, corrected, then marked complete again.

The process has nothing to do with my personal level of common sense. But, my common sense tells me that if you've submitted it several times and it still has not been accepted, you're doing something wrong. I would think it shouldn't kill you to try something new, especially since I've linked you to instructions that refer specifically the type of situation you're describing.

There's not a lot of sense in repeating the steps you're now aware are failing and ignoring a prescribed way of dealing with a situation.

It's not "crap." It's the answer to your question, to which you make snide comments like, "use common sense."

Adding the proof needs to go with the "miscellaneous correction" submission that needs to be made. You haven't commented on that other to repeat, over and over, there is a correction to be made, which is clear to see. If you keep refusing to say, "oh, I see...thank you" instead of repeating that there is an error and saying I should use common sense, it seems as if you're ignoring the instructions on how to submit it properly.

That is only part of what I said. To rectify that, you need to submit it as a "miscellaneous correction, telling staff it's currently marked complete." I posted that several times with a link to the page explaining it. You even told me not to keep repeating myself. It's all still there. Read your first reply.
