Some of film is not listed on IMDb

I asked my friend from Manipur (a state in India) to suggest a movie from his state. But I could not find it on IMDb. But it had page on Wikipedia and other database site.

Similarly other movies from the state was not on IMDb. Some of them are, some are not and some were not in any database except Wikipedia.

Is there any way to adds these titles (in Bulk)? Because you can not track your watching if the movie is not on IMDb.
