Removing extra copyright symbol on IMDB picture

I recently uploaded an image to an IMDB page for my own movie, which is A Short Film Named Desire (2017).

I wrote in the copyright symbol not realising that IMDB would add it automatically, so now I have two copyright symbols in a row, which looks pretty silly.

You could delete it and upload a new image without it. If you click on the image there is a link that (i think) says "report this" which can be used for removal.

I can see the report option, but none of the report reasons are relevant for what I want to do.

I've tried uploading the poster again, except this time I've tagged the actor that is in the poster, along with obviously leaving out the extra copyright symbol. Hopefully that will be approved, then I can report the original image for being a duplicate.

I'll report back when I get a response.

Here is the update .

IMDB has approved the new poster image, but it won't take down the old one despite my claim that it is a duplicate.

You might try it again and submit the new approved poster as a link of a duplicate in the description. That's all the advice I can give. Maybe an employee will chime in here and take care of it.

Looks all okay, you have 1 photo  'still frame '. 5 'behind the scenes'.

I believe this is the correct film: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6280574/

That is correct, Chris.

Also, all of the issues have now been fixed.

Cheers.

We have made some further changes to the software to prevent this from happening again for new uploads.  We will also be cleaning-up other existing cases. Thanks again for reporting.
