proofs aka screenshots of cast list sent to IMDB yet they don't want to remove the credits

so this is quite interesting.. i provided screenshots of cast lists of movies i "was supposedly part of" to IMDB staff where my name was NOT WRITTEN AT ALL. there were a few of them, i received a few times that SAME AUTOMATIC ANSWER : "it is our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information or credit from our records.  We have reviewed your request and believe the information we have listed to be factual, as such we cannot remove this from the database."
Saying that IMDB is an accurate source of data is not true. I showed them proofs , PROOFS THAT ARE NOT ALTERED AND CAN BE VERIFIED BY THEMSELVES since they are part of amazon so can look for themselves yet they BELIEVE they are correct.
Like what???????? I m not going to post my name nor my page yet this is crazy. I also don't get this policy no being ok for artists to remove their names from IMDB. Don't we have the right of privacy if we don't want to have it online??? if someone don't want their name out there , why can't we remove it? In certain countries, there is the right to be forgotten . ok, the movie will be public (not always but at least it is not written forever online, just briefly at the end of a movie).
Finally can you explain me WHY our information can be found on several other websites, and they all use imdb to list them???? who said that  it s ok to share the info that we put on imdb with other websites???
