problem submitting cast member - keep rejecting my evidence

hiya!

was wondering if anyone could help?

I am trying to submit a actor in a movie and have a picture from the end credits where they are clearly listed and seen. every time i submit it it is rejected saying badly formatted or unclear etc.

I have tried putting it on a website and sending the link, putting in a canva doc, a we transfer but they keep refusing it.

any ideas how to get it approved?

thanks

Hi taliaconal -

I can confirm that the credit has since been approved and is now live on the site.

Cheers!

Hi @taliaconal -

I can confirm that your credit for "Eternals" was approved and is listed on your IMDb page under "Additional Crew".

I hope this helps!

I guess the editors decided that since the dancer credits follow the stunt and stand-in credits, they should be listed as crew. This is consistent with previous policy statements:

"The category of placement for Dancer credits (Cast vs. Miscellaneous Crew) is determined by how they were credited on-screen.  If the Dancers were credited with the cast or directly after then they should be credited in this section, however, if they were credited on-screen separately then they should be listed in the "Miscellaneous Crew" section." (source)

(This ought to be mentioned in the help section guidelines.)
