Primary image cannot be fixed on this item
The following title, is currently stuck with a photo for its primary image and there is no way of selecting a new primary image:

The following is the image which should be selected as the primary image but there is no option to select it as the primary image:

Can this be fixed? Thanks.

Poster Images can't be selected as Primary Image on TV Episodes. You can choose a another still frame to replace the existing primary image though.

The information VonPunk mentioned above is correct. Series episode titles cannot display poster images as the primary, only still-frame images from the episode production can be accepted as the primary image.
You can make a request to change the primary to a different still-frame image from the photo gallery, but you cannot request a poster image.
