I have read the help guides for instructions and help on how to make a fix. And I had an assumption that by set the primary poster, the changes will apply to other countries.

For example, Now this poster is set to primary and rightly so. The following countries are marked in it: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Spain, France, United Kingdom, India, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Thailand, Ukraine, United States, Korea. Users of the above countries will see this poster.

@Fran​ What you're suggesting is not possible. Submitting a primary image suggestion is for the entire site, not for a country, and it should not be done here as it goes against guidelines.

There is no way to submit a primary "for a country", it's possible to add a country tag but it's not clear how the system selects the primary for the country when there are multiple posters for the same country, which is the question of this thread.

I was hoping it would become submit a primary poster for Kazakhstan

We currently don't have a reporting option to request a primary image for a specific country, instead the selection is determined by specific criteria such as, including language and country tags.

In instances where there are multiple poster images tagged to the same country/language, the primary poster is then automatically selected based on several other internal factors.

To request a reporting mechanism for localized primary poster selections I encourage you to post this as an Idea within the community where other community members can comment and vote, and where IMDb staff can monitor for interest.
