Post Production Supervisor / Director of Post Production credit

If I've checked the drop-down menus correctly I see that "post production supervisor" (and its variations) have around 23,000 credits in Editorial Dept and 130,000 credits in Production Managers, so I feel safe entering this credit in the latter department, though that seems like a lot of credits (23,000) in the wrong department. But... where do credits for "director of post production" go? I see about 6000 in Editorial and about 900 in Production Managers. So it would seem that this credit goes in Editorial. How is director of post production any less a production manager job than post production manager? I don't see either job specifically mentioned in the help for either department. Any official clarification for these? Thanks.

Hi NickBianco -

Editorial Department is the correct section for 'Director of Post Production' credits, and 'Post Production Supervisors' would then belong on the Production Manager section.

I hope this helps!
