Plot synopsis -- needs to be shorter, but is too short already?

This is about the plot synopsis for Charley Varrick (1973).

The synopsis given on that page consists of the same exact paragraph printed twice. But I can't remove the duplicate paragraph, because that would leave the synopsis at only 430 characters, when the minimum number of characters is supposed to be 1,500 characters.

In fact, even if we left the duplicated paragraph in place, the synopsis is still only 861 characters, far short of the 1,500-character minimum.

I suggest that the IMDb staff change the existing Plot Synopsis to be a Plot Summary and remove the duplicated paragraph.
