Need to take down an unauthorized still from IMDB page that was posted by an unknown person

There is a still posted on my film's page that is unauthorized. It gives a key plot point and has not been allowed for publicity per the lead actor's approval rights.  I'm the producer/owner of this title and would like to know how to delete it.  I'm not aware how it got online. I tried a couple of different way to edit through the normal channels and my requests were rejected.

Here is the picture/link I'd like to remove: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6332158/mediaviewer/rm1152144384

Just click on the Report This button and tell them that it should be removed, and why it should be removed

Thanks, but yes I've done that and nothing has happened. Tried a couple different ways as well.

How long ago did you do that? An update like that may take some time, as in several days?

Hello Chris,You’re not actually doing it directly. You’re just making a request to the IMDb staff, asking them to do it. You must give them time to get around to reading your request, approving it and then actually making the change and updating the database. Everything on the IMDb takes time but if your request was as I said then they’ll do it as soon as possible Steve

Yes, I understand the process.  It was rejected for reasons unknown by IMDb though and it has been a couple of weeks since the other request.

Hi Chris -

I was able to see that your most recent image deletion report was rejected.  Please be aware that the removal of images is always subject to editorial approval; our aim is to be as comprehensive and accurate as possible, and this includes presenting (whenever possible) accurate and relevant images for all the people listed in the database. For this reason, unless an image violates our content guidelines, requests to delete photos will be ignored.

In this case, our editors determined that the image in question did not give away a major plot point and the deletion request was rejected.

Hi, thanks for your response.  I understand why it was rejected, but unfortunately as the producer of this film, I can tell you it absolutely it is a spoiler which is the reason I'm taking it down.  Furthermore, I don't know how it was leaked violating our copyright and certainly wouldn't allow an unapproved photo of our lead actress be uploaded onto this site.

Please let me know how this can be taken down.  I appreciate your help.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your post.

I've taken a look into this further for you - whilst it's against policy for us to reveal information relating to our contributors, I have removed the image now as it may contain spoilers.

Please allow additional time for this to update on all platforms.
