I think he did not create a new title page, instead he used an existing one, that 2024 release date was seemingly added recently which is likely fake, fake Wikipedia page he created had a 2024 year, so he probably added that date to imdb to support it.

Anyway I think that title page could still be deleted, "development unknown" for 5 years, no status update is submitted for years, no source can be found on internet at all. It looks pretty much dead.

Concerning the name page listing for "Morgan Giraudet", if the two listed credits for "Orphan: First Kill" and "Disappointment Blvd." are incorrect, you are welcome to submit a credit deletion request

In the referenced links provided by vinc17, the person himself clearly explains everything is fake, how he added his name to several databases etc.. despite he has nothing to do with being actor. So name page should be deleted entirely.

Moreover, the mini-biography comes from AlloCiné, which is also fake (as already said). One cannot find any source about the existence of Morgan Giraudet, while several sources mention only Thylane and Ayrton as Patrick Blondeau's children:
