Mapping to Episodes Error

When attempting to add data for a TV series I ran into a problem when attempting to submit, "...could not be mapped to an episode"  looking at the error message, it would appear this is a problem with words with apostrophes in them and possibly relating to mapping to unnumbered episodes as I've only just encountered this error with this particular attempt and when deleting episodes with apostrophes I was able to fix the error.
