I've submitted a review for a film 2 times but i get no confirmation email

So i wrote a review for ''The Dollmaker'' ( Short 2017) link: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7253316/?ref_=tt_urv

I've submitted my review 2 times and never got any confirmation email from IMDB.
This is the first time that happens to me. What is the problem?

The review i did for ''The Dollmaker'' (Short 2017) was accepted by IMDB the 2nd time i posted it but still i got no confirmation email like i get for all of my other reviews i do, i don't know i thought it was weird.
