Issue with correcting a credit (contribution declined)

Hi everyone, can someone please help me with an issue?

IMDb wrongly gives to actress Rebecca Rigg (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0726630/) a credit that belongs to actress RebeccaRiggS (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm4791330/).
The role is Jan (the realtor) in the episode Despot (2019) of the TV Series "Reef Break" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8892946/
Oddly enough IMDb is aware (see image) that in the closing credits of the episode the name that appears on screen is not Rigg but RiggS. (Rebecca RiggS is an actress that has her own IMDb page and is best known for her role in Farscape). Nevertheless IMDb  adds the credit to Rebecca Rigg (Ellie Parker, Fatty Finn)'s page claiming she stars "as Rebecca Riggs".

Rebecca Rigg never worked under the name of Rebeca Riggs, and currently she is not working as an actress anymore but as a writer in Australia (a new tv series co-written by her is in development.)
In addition I have seen the episode and I can confirm the charecter of Jan is played by Rebecca Riggs (Farscape).
I have tried three times (190908-160037-959000 / 190815-210832-491000 / 190813-224424-368000) to submit a cast correction but I always obtain the same answer: "Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution. "
I have tryed each time to explain as clearly as I can (sorry for my bad English) why I know this is a mistake, as I did here.
If my contribution can't be verified I wonder who verified the incorrect (and less logical) information that is currently listed?
I can add here recent photos of both women and a screen capture from the episode if this help to prove my point...
