IMDb not accepting credit

I have submitted a credit of a show I have worked on, but IMDb is refusing to accept it claiming it cant be verified, even though my name is on the screen credits. Any way to fix that?

the show is LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy

I had a few other decline tickets on the past. Some of this were recurring show I worked on, but the problem with this TV Episodic is that artist do no get on screen credits. If you could help with these as well, it would be much appreciated:
