IMDb allowed me to add 3 actors for the web series but now refuses to allow me to add rest. These are actors through whole series. Advise?

Added 3 initial actors just fine, but need to add rest of cast and suddenly refuses to add them saying something about 'year' range. There isn't one. Most of the actors are in the entire series.

Persephone: Once a series has episodes listed, it's generally not possible to submit any more cast members to the overall page of the series. Rather, you should submit the cast members to the respective episodes in which they appear.

If this doesn't answer your question, please post a link to the series page here.

I hope this helps.

We don't have episodes listed at all yet. Not sure why it allowed me to add three initially. It's not labelled as 'pilot' or 'episode 3"

Here's the link: And thank you, Gromit, for your help.

Even though it's true that you don't have episodes listed yet for "Les Miserables: The Web Series" (2015), I would recommend that you submit episodes to the series rather than trying to add the cast at "series level". You can do that by clicking "Add episode" on the main page for the series and then following the instructions.

Since this is an adaptation of "Les Miserables", presumably not every actor is going to appear in every episode, so you will have more accurate credits if you start adding cast members to particular episodes rather than to the series as a whole.

This is true. Some of them just don't make it all the way to the end...

This has been the policy for a while, but IMDb has been tightening the restrictions on Series/Episodes credits. Apparently, they have changed the rules (without notifying contributors) so that the only credits that can be added at the Series level are those included in the original submission.

Since TV Series by definition require Episodes, and since IMDb wants all Episodes to have full credits, this change fits their policy. But it would have been nice to receive a heads up.

That's just odd. It shouldn't have allowed me to add any in the first place then. No episodes are listed.

Having same problem with loading the producer of the whole web-series. Refuses to let me do that.
