I tried to make a change and a deletion that were rejected

I tried to make this change (250301-083516-242000) but it was rejected and the only reason given was "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines." I can't tell what needs to be fixed. I also tried to make a deletion from the goof section (250301-015056-506000). I quoted two sections of the guidelines and that's usually enough, but if a third reason is required: 3) the supposed plot-hole had no impact whatsoever on the outcome of the story.
