I tried merging my name and credits etc and it has separated them even more. Now my profile has no credits.

I have separate credits under the same name and need to merge. Ive tried changing the numeral etc and it has just separated even more, so now there is 5 of me! Gary Buckley (I) (II) (III) (IV) and (V). Could they all not be merged to "Gary Buckley" as they are my credits?
