I need help to correct credits on my IMDB page that are not accurate
There are credits on my name page for shows that I worked on but not
for the right episodes. I don't know what the right ones are and I didn't recieve a credit at the end of the shows either so they shouldn't be on there at all. My name page is this;
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3527906/?ref_=fn_al_nm_4
The shows are X Factor and Britains got talent. I've had a few messages saying imdb refuses to change this but not saying why, I know they're credits for me so it's a bit frustrating.
Hi Suzanne -
I was able to review your HelpDesk correspondence and see your requests to remove these credits.
Our data editors have confirmed that these credits will need to remain listed, as our own research indicates that the credits are accurately listed. As it's our policy not to alter or delete any kind of correct/factual information or credit from our records, the credits will need to remain listed on the site.
Dear Michelle
I have just started a new thread as I couldn't see a way to reply, as I did ask in the helpdesk correspondence I'd like to know where your research has come from?
As I am enquiring about credts regarding myself, I know that they are not correct, so it's very frustrating to be told repeatedly that they are by yourself and the helpdesk!

Did you happen to view the episodes listed in error to see if your name appears there in error? If so, it won't be removed, but can be marked with the attribute "(credit only)" which means the name appears but you didn't appear. This is done so that every time someone sees the title and your name, they don't add it back in again causing you to remove it again, and on and on.
Just a guess...
