I have added many credits in the past but none of the new ones I've submitted for 2018 are being added.

Submissions no longer being updated to IMDB

what kind of proof can i send you?  i work at a post house called KEEP ME POSTED as their Senior In-House Producer.  i haven't ran into this issue on the previous credits on my IMDB page nor have my colleagues who are still having submissions accepted as in-house producer the same way that mine are being rejected suddenly now.  Again, i do appreciate your time and help.  i'm just frustrated by the inconsistency.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your patience with this, hopefully we can get a resolution to this soon!

As you're not listed within the end credits of the productions, verification should include proof of employment - this can come in the form of pay stubs, receipts, call sheets or contracts for the productions, any mentions within the media of the role on the production from reputable third-party sources.

Please upload these screengrabs or data somewhere on the Web where we can access it (we recommend a free image hosting service like imgur.com), these will need to be publicly available and cannot require an account to login. You can then send us the links/URLs pointing to it via the following process:
    1) Find your original submission in your submission history (https://www.imdb.com/updates/history).

    2) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.

    3) Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, e.g. 121027-090001-134000

    4) Go to this page: https://help.imdb.com/contact and select the options for IMDb Fan/Contributor Questions > Filmography Credits > Provide credit evidence

    5) Fill in the form with all the information (the update reference number and all the URLs pointing to the additional verification for that submission). At least one link is mandatory. If you have more than three, use the 'comment' field to add them.

    6) Enter any additional information, comment or feedback in the 'comment' field. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.

    7) Submit the form.

Once we have this information, our editors can review this further for you and if eligible, will add the credits for you.

Thanks,

Joel

Joel,

Thank you for your response. I hope you can understand my frustration. For the last ten years, IMDB has updated my credits with no issues and now all of a sudden it won’t. Nothing has changed on my part (same title, same way I’m updating); my colleagues at my business are doing the same thing but all their credits are still being updated.

I have credits that you guys have rejected for multiple seasons for series that you have already accepted the previous season’s credits for from me. There just seems to be no consistency.

Hi Mike,

Please follow the steps outlined by Joel above. We will be happy to reassess once we have received the information.
