I have added many credits in the past but none of the new ones I've submitted for 2018 are being added.

When did you add them?

Hi, Mike Roey. Please present the submission reference numbers of all the edits that never went live, so that the IMDb staff can investigate the reasons. Bear in mind, they might ask for evidence to affirm the accuracy of the submitted information of yours.

Hi Mike -

Concerning 180628-185000-617000: These credits were not approved as our editors reviewed the on-screen credits for this show and were unable to verify the on-screen 'in-house producer' credit you submitted.  Additionally, please note that there were formatting errors as Producer credits belong in the 'Producer' section and not under 'Miscellaneous Crew'.

Looking at all the remaining credit updates you referenced, the same issues mentioned above apply to these submissions.  The credits were submitted under the incorrect section and our editors were unable to verify the credits.  You will need to re-submit the credits with the correct formatting, please also note that if your name was not credited on-screen you will need to include and "uncredited" attribute.

Additionally, if your name was credited on-screen for these titles you will need to post screen grabs to evidence here (such as a screen grab featuring your name/role credited on-screen).

I understand.  Yet, this just started occuring in 2018; before that, i never had any issues.  A co-worker of mine who does the exact same job and has been submitting the same exact credits the same exact way, has had no issues in 2018.

Understood, tho please know most of my previous credits as well as many of my colleagues have had the above updated per the request.

okay so to confirm, i have to now add all my credits under the "producer" category and not "miscellaneous" even though my current credit exists that way for all other shows i've worked on including previous seasons of existing series AND my co-worker is still able to add her in house producer credit in "miscellaneous" and i'm not, correct?

Most - if not all - your ”in-house producer” credits are now in Miscellaneous Department. I’m not all that familiar with this job title (can you perhaps explain a bit more about it?), but IMDb should probably first confirm that ”in-house producer” belongs to Producer Department, and not in Misc.

(Well, maybe Michelle already did. Not fully sure.)

i work at KEEP ME POSTED, a post production facility in Burbank.  I oversee post production on a host of shows guiding them thru dailies, online, color, vfx, titling, and delivery.
