BTW, IMDb is a collaborative site, it is fed and edited by benevolent movie fans all from over the world, for audiovisual productions from all over the world; it is not a promotion tool for the Californian image industry.
So first learn to use your tools before starting insulting people.

Lisa, these type of vague accusations doesn’t really help your case, and mentioning some PR company’s name doesn’t make things any faster.

What would actually help is that you would provide detailed info what the problem is, what credits are removed, who’s the person in question etc. If you don’t want to post this info in this thread (this is a public forum), you can also use the IMDb help desk (just note that it’s probably the slower way):

I don't appreciate the arrogance of your reply to my email.  With all due repect we are here in Los Angeles and actively involved in the Industry while you are in Seattle and probably have limited access to Industry professionals.  I would appreciate a more professional response.  

I am not going to subject myself to this public forum where you have trollers that are not relevant to my conversation with IMDB.  I will use the help desk option or have direct contact with people at Amazon we work with.  Thanks.

Maybe I overeacted to the IMDB response and apologize for that.  If my clients require changes I will let them know your process and I will let them handle that unless they insist on us doing it for them.  Thank you and again apologizes if I had overreacted.  Please consider this matter closed.
