How to get my contributions processed

My hundreds of contributions have been kept pending for some weeks, which is much longer than normal pending duration for the same in the past.

I can understand that people might be contributing more so the editing team might be busy and would eventually process all.

Is there anyone to contact humbly or any method to request the team to expedite?
