How to Delete Credit?

If the title has been released, the best way to help verify the removal of an incorrect credit is providing a link to a screen grab or video of the full-on-screen credits. Once you resubmit the request with on-screen evidence our editors can take another look.

If the title has not yet been released, can you post the most recent 18-digit submission reference number here for our staff to take a look?

Yes, a screen grab of the on-screen credits is ideally what we are looking for.  Additionally, to help verify that the credits belong to the title in question, I also encourage you to include within the screen grab the referenced title and timestamp if streaming the video, or some other evidence to help verify that the screen grab is from the title is question.

Once you resubmit the credit removal with this evidence our editors will take another look.

Here's the screen grab from today from YouTube where the film lives. You can see today's date on the lower left hand of the screen as well as the number of views. If you would like me to provide a video as opposed to a screen grab, we can do that.
