How do I delete the 2nd Talent Agency?

Hi,

How do I delete the 2nd Talent Agency listed under my contacts?

I'm logged into IMDb Pro, I go to the bottom of the page and click edit.  Try as I might it ONLY brings up the first Talent Agency to edit.

Again, I wish to delete the 2nd Talent Agency, which is not showing up at all.

Thank you!

Brendon: I checked your page on the IMDbPro site and found the same situation that you did. This is because IMDb has more than one version of its database active at any given time. The version used in "edit" mode is not always identical to the version used in "display" mode.

However, when this happens, the "edit" version usually catches up to the "display" version within 48 hours.

So I recommend trying again in 2 days. If it still only brings up one of the two talent agencies at that time, please post here again and provide full details.

This is not the case here.

The problem is that the second set of contact information has been entered via IMDb Resume and is directly edited by the page owner. 

Please see https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/guide/contact_information#_Toc08 for details on how to edit this information directly. 

You can tell this is the case because the second agency has an orange star next to it, and underneath we remind people: "* Starred info submitted by page owner via IMDb Resume (has not been verified by IMDb)."

Thank you very much!  Waited several days, still no luck. 

I'm able to edit the first contact (which  I don't want to edit), but not the second contact which I want to delete.  I've tried everything.

Since the agent details (Craig Scagnetti) were uploaded as part of your own IMDb resume information, you have direct and immediate edit access via http://pro.imdb.com/resume/update/representation to edit or remove it (we are unable to edit this on your behalf since you control this content).
