Help with why an update to a synopsis was declined

Feedback just said, "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined. Please review our submission guidelines." I have and I'm still confused, I missed whatever they're trying to point me at. It was for the plot summary on the 2024 film Upgraded. It currently says, "A young girl has a chance meeting with a rich young man in an airplane trip." I suggested the change, "A young woman has a chance meeting with a rich young man on an airplane trip." The current wording makes it sound like she's 8. And obviously "in an airplane trip" is poor grammar. I left the previous author's name on it since I made such small edits. Could that be where I went wrong?
