but WE have to mouse over to see "September 25, 2019 01:01 AM" (Sample)

This feedback would need to be provided directly to Get Satisfaction. IMDb uses the Get Satisfaction platform, but we are unable to make changes to the Get Satisfaction user interface.

Yeah, I agree. They should just update the display option to be BOTH: 
"Posted 2 days ago (Sep 27, 2019 01:09 AM)"

Which solves the issue of relevant vs actual dates, when both are useful at different times.
