Frustrating contribution declinatures 2

A name in the cast is spelled wrongly (among other, minor flaws). I keep submitting this since 6 weeks. I am director & producer, so I should know. And of course one can take it from the credtis, from the film's website etc. etc.

Hi Steve!
The Film is Hana, dul, sed ... (2009)
Second entry in the "Cast overview":
Mi-Ae Re = wrong; correct = Mi-Ae Ra
So the last name of this person is Ra not Re (her first name is Mi-Ae, that's correct).

Please post the 18-digit reference number of the submission so an IMDb representative can review the update and respond. The numbers are located in your Update History and your e-mail correspondence from IMDb.

I think this is the number.
Under this number, I think, there are all unsolved issues.
The one with the wrongly spelled name of Ms. Ra Mi-Ae is the second issue.

Hi there,

Thanks for your message.

If you have submitted an update and it has not been accepted, it means that our editors were probably unable to verify it and need further information/additional evidence.

As you are adding a credit for a title, the best evidence is a screen grab/image showing the name and credit as it appears in the main or end titles of that show.

In order to help our staff verify the credit, we suggest you obtain a screen grab of the credit and include it within the explanation field when submitting your update. Please note, the below only applies if your submission was placed via the IMDb.com Desktop title or name page - for all other submissions, please see our help site (https://help.imdb.com) for further information or details on how to contact us.

To add additional information to your submission, see below:

    1) Upload the screen grab of your evidence to an image/file sharing platform such as imgur or Dropbox. We're unable to access sharing services if login is required.

    2) Find your original submission in your update history (https://www.imdb.com/updates/history)

    3) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so now.

    4) Tick the box which says "Provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission" and click Check these updates.

    5) In the Explanation field which appears, you can input the URL (note: If this is password protected, please include the password here.)

    6) Submit the form.

Our editors will review the image and comments you have supplied and use them to re-examine your update. If they can verify that the submission is eligible to be included, they will accept it.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you Jaime,
But your advice seems not to work:, unfortunately
I have prepared a screen grab showing the name and credit as it appears in the end titles.
I accessed the updating information for my film Hana, dul, sed ... .
However I don't see a possibility to include it within the explanation field - I can only type into that field, but not include that screen grab. Now I typed the following into the field: "I would like to include a screen grab showing the name and credit as it appears in the end titles, as suggested by your employee Jaime. However I don't see a possibility to do this. I hope you can help."

Thank you, Ed Jones.
Tried this.
imdb updating information says: This batch may not be resubmitted until 2020-03-27, which allows 14 days for it to be processed. – so I'll get back there on March 27 ... maybe then it'll work.
