Evidence suggested in the instructions was declined

Hi! I was content producer for Season 2 of 25 Words or Less (request #221003-160402-050000) and Season 3 of People Puzzler (request #221003-160645-324000). That position is not credited on screen, so I submitted pages from my deal memo, timesheets, and pay stubs as evidence. Both requests were denied, even though the instructions on submitting evidence list these exact items. Please advise? Thanks!
