Declined Credit Update
Hi Michelle,
I was just wondering if this sort of thing is the only way to reverse a declined submission.
I recently added an uncredited role I was in for a feature film and in which I (and others) saw me clearly, but I do not have a copy of the footage and don't appear in any of the trailers that I have seen.
What is the process I need to go through to reverse the decision - do I have to wait until I can buy the DVD and do a screen grab to prove I was in it?
My contribution ID is 190522-011325-255000 - thanks.

If the title is unreleased - other verification may include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that you worked on the production. Please see this guide for more information.

I will check the guide again.
However, my main point is to ask HOW I contest a declined submission as there's no obvious link or process defined where I can get it fixed.
Would I just have to re-submit?

If you are not listed in the end credits or the title is unreleased - other verification may include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that the person worked on the production, or mentions of the person's role on the production in media articles from reputable third party sources etc. In these instances the credit may be eligible for addition. If the title has been released, we will include the attribute of (uncredited) to reflect your name was not mentioned in the end credit sequence - for more information on this attribute, please see here.
Here are the steps:
