Credit Request Declined twice
I have been a producer on Cowboy Bebop for almost 3 years. I've tried twice to get my credits approved.
Please let me know what I need to do to get my credits posted for all episodes. Here is the last submission:

I can see that our editors were unable to verify the episode credits and further evidence will be needed. If you were credited on-screen for your producer role, you are welcome to post them to this thread for our staff to take a look.
Otherwise, you can re-submit the credits and include evidence directly within your submission in the "Explanation" field. For more information on how to provide credit evidence I encourage you to review our Help Guide.

Can you confirm if all your series credits will be credited on-screen as "Producer", or will some be displayed as "Post Producer"?
