Credit request continually denied as 'not able to verify"
I am the director of photography on a network television show. My name is listed in the credits. However every submission to add my work to my IMDB page is denied with this message -ReasonUnable to verify.
Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided. If your submission was placed via the IMDb.com Desktop title or name page submission form, you now have an option to provide evidence with your additions, as well as corrections or deletions. Please go to your Contribution History, re-load the submission reference and tick the box “provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission” and “check these updates”. The field will become available in the submission form. For all other submissions, please see our Help Site for further information or details on how to contact us.
I have submitted contact information for my production to confirm the credit and have requested specific information about the verification process but keep getting this generic response.
There is even a new producer on the show who is listed on the series IMDB page even though his name has yet to appear in the credits of the show.

Hi william_klayer_6329106 -
I reviewed the episode (#3.7) regarding your credit submission and can confirm that your name was not featured within the on-screen credits, as such the credit will need to be listed with an "uncredited" attribute, which I have now submitted on your behalf.
When submitting future episode credits for this series, if you encounter any problems I encourage you to include evidence of your involvement within the submission form "Explanation" field, such as a link to episode call sheets, pay stubs, or reputable media mentions that confirm you are a cinematographer on the show.
For more information on how to provide credit evidence I encourage you to review our Help Guide.
Cheers!

Hi william_klayer_6329106 -
Thanks for confirming the episode credit time-stamps, I was now able to locate your name credited on-screen for the episodes (apologies, as I missed the listing on the opening credits).
These credits have now been approved and should be live on the site shortly.
Cheers!
