Credit request continually denied as 'not able to verify"

I am the director of photography on a network television show. My name is listed in the credits. However every submission to add my work to my IMDB page is denied with this message -ReasonUnable to verify.

I have submitted contact information for my production to confirm the credit and have requested specific information about the verification process but keep getting this generic response.

There is even a new producer on the show who is listed on the series IMDB page even though his name has yet to appear in the credits of the show.
