Credit correction

IMDB deleted two credits the other day. I asked to have the incorrect one removed but instead both were removed. Fortunately for me I took a screenshot of the correct credit but IMDB added the incorrect one back. How do I put the correct one back up? I have the reference # as well but the screenshot would work best do there’s no mistake. Who can I show that to?

1 - Take a screenshot of the on-screen credit.

2 - Upload it to Imgur: The magic of the Internet

3 - Add the IMGUR link which contains the screenshot of the on-screen credit, to the explanation box as proof, when you replace the incorrect credit with the correct credit.

I use IMGUR all the time to correct credits, and they're accepted first time, 99.99% of the time.

One recent example was where the first assistant camera was incorrectly added as the first assistant director.

Therefore I added the first assistant camera to the camera department, and replaced the first assistant director credit, with the actual first assistant director, who was missing at the time, along with most of the cast and crew.

I used this IMGUR link containing screenshots of the entire on-screen credits as proof https://imgur.com/a/yMBGtf8

Hi JayN33 -

In addition to the information daniel_francis_gardecki provided above, you can find additional instructions on how to provide credit evidence on our Help Guide.

Cheers!

@Michelle I submitted information. Then the festival submitted theirs. I asked to have my entry deleted but IMDB deleted both. I do have a screenshot from the festival the day it posted. IMDB has since reposted the information although not the same as the film festival.
