Couldn't change the title of our animation film
Hi everyone!
As an animation studio and production company, we did stuck with the problem. The fact is that we have a page of our animation film “The everlasting story” on IMDB https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14974602/?ref_=rvi_tt
But the title on this page is incorrect right now. Could you please help us as soon as possible? We tried to change the title by ourselves but it didn’t work. Also, we have our site, so you can check that we're not fake https://parovoz.tv/en/koshchei

Hi Parovoz -
I can see that "The Everlasting story" was recently added as a new alternate title on title page.
Can you confirm what text displayed on the title card for the first release? If the title was first released as "Koschey: The True Story" we will need to retain this original title, however, if the film was later released under the title "The Everlasting story" this can be added as an alternate title to the applicable regions (ie. USA title, French title, etc.).

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for helping us!
It is not about first and second releases. The actual title of our film is "The Everlasting Story" and the title "Koschey: The True Story" is the incorrect one. The text displayed on the title card is "Koschey: The True Story" rn
How can we fix it?
Also there is the image that we want to delete, cuz of incorrect title (We attached it). We've about five reports with asking to delete it, but it's still there.

Hi all -
Apologies for the delayed reply. As per our policy, the primary title should be the original title, in the original language. I have made the applicable adjustments so that the original title associated with the first release will be correctly displayed.
As films may have multiple titles (as is true for this film) I have adjusted the attributes for the applicable alternate titles to better explain when and where the alternate titles have been used.
Lastly, regarding the image removal request, unless the image is in violation of our Guidelines, we will need to retain the poster image on the site.
Cheers!
