Correct The Dates Next To A Title

I updated the TV Show Lena Zavaroni and Music and created the TV Show Lena both of which are now live, but the TV Show Lena Zavaroni and Music is still lested as "Lena Zavaroni and Music (1979–1982), When it should be Lena Zavaroni and Music (1979) as from 1980 it was renamed as Lena.

How do I edit the date next to the Title?
