Contributions getting rejected due to "badly formatted", similar ones went through

had successfully submitted still frames for a music video of and even tagged a person in one of them successfully:

Can somebody help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?  My process on "music video #1" which accepted my edits is the same I used when trying to add stills of other music videos.
