You just need to go to the page about your title on the web site (not in an app) and hit the Edit Page button towards the bottom of the page.
Then select Release Dates ... [Correct / Delete]
Hit Continue
Change the Action from Keep to Correct
Hit Check these updates
Change the year in the Date from 2016 to 2018.
Hit Check these updates
The background shoul go green(ish) and it should offer a submit button.
Hit the button to Submit these updates.
Then sit back for a few days and wait for your submission to be checked and, if approved,, to be updated in the database.

Please note, on IMDb a title's listed year is a reflection on a productions initial release date.
Looking at your title Release Dates here:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9042156/releaseinfo?ref_=tt_ov_inf
The current listed year on the title of 2016 appears accurate, as such we're unable to update this for you.
Thanks

As a version of the title was screened at the 2016 Viet Film Fest, we will need to retain that Release Date information and the original air date of 2016. If the full version of the title has been released in 2019, you are welcome to add that Release Date (I noted that we currently have a 2019 Release Date for the PBS broadcast), but the title year will need to remain listed for the original year it aired, 2016.
